  1. What is home care?

    Home Care is providing a range of services within the comfort of the clients home. These services can include RN, LPN, CNA, Home Health Aide, and companion services. These services range from 2-24 hours a day depending on the individual's needs.

    All Heart Home Care can provide you with local references from physicians, former clients and other home care professionals in your community.

  5. What are the company's hours of service? Is service available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week?

    All Heart Home Care's office hours are typically 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All Heart Home Care can be reached 24 Hours a Day 7 Days a week at 303.996.0699, 719.272.8160, 970.776.4330.

  6. How do you select your caregivers?

    We select caregivers based on their experience, qualifications, dependability and personality traits. We look for caregivers that are trustworthy, helpful, friendly and caring. All employees meet our rigorous hiring criterion which includes:

    • A minimum of one year experience.
    • Professional references verifying their experience.
    • A criminal background investigation.
    • Drug screening.
    • A passing grade on the company's competency exam.
    • Attend a company orientation which covers HIPPA regulations, Notice of Privacy Practices and all company policies and procedures.
    • A current T.B. test that is renewed annually.
    • Current CPR and First Aide Training.
    • All applicants are approved by our Director.
    • Family and/or clients are included in the interviewing process before the caregiver(s) are placed in the home.

  7. What is your screening process for caregivers?

    There are a number of steps we take to screen our caregivers. We require them to interview in person (about a one-hour process), verify their work references, and run criminal background checks.

  8. Company Bonded and Insured?

    Yes - We are Bonded and Insured, and workman's compensation insured for all employees.

    All caregivers are employees of All Heart Home Care.

    No Money is required up front. the Billing Department sends out invoices for services provided.

    Yes - The National Association for Home Care and Hospice, The Private Duty Home Care Association, Colorado Gerontological Society, BBB Accredited (2006,2007,2008 Gold Star Award for being complaint free since inception of the company).
